Elks Antlers 1538

Please watch for updates in regards to volunteer opportunities at the Rodeo.

Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Unocal Events Center from 9:00 a.m. to about noon:

In connection with Serve Santa Maria, local volunteers will be coming together to help repaint rails and gates at the event center so the facility looks fresh and sharp for the big show.  Report to the arena, and make sure you’re wearing clothes you don’t care get paint on them (i.e., NOT your Antlers shirts J).  Paint, brushes, etc. will be provided.

The Antlers of Elks Lodge 1538 want to celebrate you by hosting a float in the Elks Rodeo Parade saluting the Mutton Busters!

The Antlers is a youth program of Elkdom, in which anyone between the ages of 12 and 20 can learn leadership, develop character and promote community pride by participating in local activities.  Antlers respect their parents, love their home, and stand to salute the American flag.

The parade is Saturday, June 3, 2017.  Please wear your Antler attire!  Participants must be in the staging area (Mill Street on both sides of Broadway) by 8:00 a.m. for judging.  The parade starts promptly at 8:45 a.m.

A reminder the next meeting is Wednesday, May 10, 2017.
